Todd Dunnuck started his real estate career in 2005 specializing in land transactions in the Lake Lure, North Carolina.  In 2008, Todd started his own company MTN Land Properties, LLC with a focus on homes and land in Asheville, Lake Lure and Western North Carolina.

Todd values the importance of giving back to the community. He is a member of the Lake Lure Parks and Recreation Board and also serves on the Asheville Recreation Board.  Additionally, Todd volunteers at local events, festivals and is very involved with the Kenilworth Neighborhood Association.

Todd graduated from college at Northern Michigan University.  His love for the outdoors began as a child and was taken to a new level with a 93-day intensive course with National Outdoor Leadership School.  Todd has been fortunate to pursue many challenging personal adventures including hiking 1,200 miles on the Appalachian Trail, cycling 7,000 miles across the US and traveling to all 50 states! Todd and his wife are proud to call Western North Carolina home and feel blessed to have the opportunity to raise their two children in Western North Carolina.
