Excellent relationships with financing professionals. Very good connections in Gaston Real Estate market. Outstanding at keeping us informed and connected with the "process". Top-notch! And incredibly tenacious!!!!!

We were blessed to have had Chris help us find our lakehouse as well as sell our lakehouse. She possesses professionalism and a great work ethic combined with a friendly and compassionate personality. When you can count your realtor as a new friend you know you have hit a home run! Thank you Chris!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Littleton, NC.
I worked with Chris to purchase a vacation home at Lake Gaston and she did a supurb job for me. I didn't know the area well and she oriented me to it and listened to what I was looking for in a house. I'm very pleased with my purchase and her help

Chris really impressed me with her detailed knowledge of the many areas around the lake. I look for quality properties that have good value, and her knowledge & experience have saved me a lot of time. What I like about Chris is she has helped me to learn how to recognize when a property is a great buy. I really regret not buying one of the lots she recommended before...sure would have a lot of great equity if I had; but I'm looking forward to doing business with her in the future.

We are so glad we hired Chris to handle our real estate transaction. We found a house on her website that we were interested in. (Love her website, by the way). Not sure if the house would meet our needs, she toured the house, took a video and emailed it to us so we could determine if visiting the house was worth our drive. Then, she arranged for contractors to visit the home and met them there for us since we were out of the area. She was very knowledgeable and in the areas she didn't have as much information, she knew just who to call to get the right data. I never felt she was pushing the sale. Her style is much more consultative. She returned our emails and calls same day and never seemed bothered by our questions or requests. We would use her again in a heartbeat.

Chris has been wonderful and extremely knowlegable about Lake Gaston and the surroundings. She is helping us find our perfect home, whether it be a home on the lake, a older home that has been refurbished, or land to build our own dream house. She is a great agent. Although, we will not be purchasing until the end of the year or the beginning of 2012 she has been there for us.

We have worked with Chris for years and this is our second property we have purchased working with her. We would not consider using anyone else but Chris. She goes out of her way to make sure we have all the information we need to make an informed decision. She knows her stuff and works hard to find properties and areas that meets our needs and wants. She knows the areas and passes on her knowledge to you. She is a very warm and caring person and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Chris Thompson and we know you will be glad you selected her to help you with one of the biggest decisions you will make in your lifetime. Chris is always there for you and is a professional...we can not say enough nice things about her.

MS. Thompson, who I've know for many years, is a most professional and attentive Real Estate agent. Ms. Thompson worked with my wife and I to discover what would suit us best when we sought investment property in the Lake Gaston area. We have been very pleased with her skill and knowledge of the area and what was in our best interest when we purchased the waterfront property. We have spoken to each other since that purchase and I am looking forward to working with Christine Thompson in the near future!
Her sales advice was invaluable. She also took care of issues for us that would have been very difficult for us to accomplish due to the distance involved. Additionally, Chris supervised the removal/donation of all items and furnishings that we did not wish to retain. Her expertise and assistance made the sale of our home very easy for us.
Chris goes above and beyond the call if duty. Her personality and attention to detail was invaluable to us.
It was a pleasure working with Chris, both times!
