My name is Heather Rankin and I am a full time Real Estate Agent in the Lake Powell area, an avid blogger and a professional musician with the band Sage.
I own and run The Lake Powell Real Estate Blogwhich covers not only real estate in the Lake Powell area but nationwide mortgage news, the Lake Powell Pipeline, General Musings about Lake Powell and the newest Aman Resorts offering, The Amangiri Resort and Spa at Lake Powell.

I hold Real Estate Licenses in two states, Utah and Arizona, to better serve the Lake Powell real estate market. My Arizona License is with Burton Brokerage, the designated brokerage for the new Page, AZ development, Indigo Ridge. ERA Utah Properties holds my Utah licenses and are the main go-to group for Kane County Real Estate including the Lake Powell area.
As a Lake Powell area resident for the past 17 years of I am deeply tied to this area and hope I can share some of the passion I feel for it with you.
