My name is Heather Rankin and I am a full time Real Estate Agent in the Lake Powell area, an writer and a professional musician with the band Sage.

I own and run The Lake Powell Real Estate Guide which covers not only real estate in the Lake Powell area but nationwide mortgage news, General Musings about Lake Powell and the newest Aman Resorts offering, The Amangiri Resort and Spa at Lake Powell.

I hold Real Estate Licenses in two states, Utah and Arizona, to better serve the Lake Powell real estate market. My Arizona License is with Prince Realty, in Page AZ and ERA Utah Properties holds my Utah licenses and are the main go-to group for Kane County Real Estate including the Lake Powell area.
