Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Ashville, AL.
My wife (fiancé at the time) and I met Nancy at an Open House that she was hosting. We both owned homes and were not really ready to buy another. Nevertheless, were interested in looking at lakeside properties, near Birmingham. Nancy offered her services to help us find a property, and we looked
at dozens of potential homes. I actually lost track of the exact number, but Nancy was tireless in her efforts. My fiancé and I finally suspended our search, until such time as we would be in a position to actually make a purchase. Not long afterwards, I retired, we were married, and I received a contract on my home in GA. Almost immediately after resuming our search with Nancy, she developed a new list of potential homes, one of which we fell in love with. We now live there. When my wife was ready to sell her home, she was happy to list her house with Nancy’s agency. This was an unusual property … a nice, but small, country house, on lots of land, with lots of grass to mow, which we conservatively estimated it might take a year or more to sell. Two weeks later, my wife had a contract on the house, and we were moving her out. What more can I say?

My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway on the lake we could spend time with the family on the water. After several months of searching, narrowed our choices and contacted Nancy. She was wonderful, patiently took us to all the properties, shared the pros and cons of each (very knowledgeable
of the area) and let us weigh the facts. Once the choice was made, took our offer on a Saturday and ran. Monday morning it was accepted, less then a month we closed and had a wonder place on the water...enjoying the sunsets every weekend.
