Lamson Dang is highly unprofessional and does not have a clue what he is doing. It costed me $500 to trust this guy. I had contacted him for a home refinance in January 2013. He promised us a good rate at that time and quickly started our application with Quicken Loans. I gave him all the details and specified this is a brand new town home and builder is still closing some homes in the community. After about a month or so, he sent me an email saying "loan approved" and then asked if I can give him my credit card number so that he can charge for appraisal. I gave him the card number thinking that the loan is approved. He charged for appraisal, some guy came and did that appraisal. Then after appraisal he told me that the loan is suspended because some of the homes in the community are still not closed and so I will lose the Appraisal money. I told him that if he knew loan wouldn't be approved if some homes in the project are not closed yet then why he went ahead with the appraisal. He told me that he didn't know about this rule. In the end I ended up losing $500 and went to another lender to refinance and started the process all over again.

Showed home in 2010 in San Jose, CA.

Lamson is a new broker in the field but he is really a sample for all local, especially in Vietnamese community, to follow. He knows exactly what he's talking about and he's spending a lot of time to search for information that most Vietnamese agents are not doing it, who just followed blindly what the their ahead fellows telling them what to do.  More Less
