Lamson is a new broker in the field but he is really a sample for all local, especially in Vietnamese community, to follow. He knows exactly what he's talking about and he's spending a lot of time to search for information that most Vietnamese agents are not doing it, who just followed blindly what the their ahead fellows telling them what to do.
