Lana is the kind of pro a buyer feels himself very lucky to have connected with. From our first encounter she proved herself a true professional. Where two other realtors delayed their responses, Lana was right there, making the connection. As we approached the offering stage, she was a savvy negotiator. Later, she proved herself an astute escrow guide, watching that every step was completed in a timely fashion, watching that nothing fell through the cracks. From our very first contact, she communicated with us regularly. Pushy? No way. Knowledgeable? You bet. We are so glad that of the three local realtors we contacted when a property of great interest crossed our horizon, Lana was the one who responded immediately to our inquiry. She gets our vote for top Grants Pass realtor.

Lana has an excellent balance of being personable, while maintaining her composure and sensibilities for the process so vitally important for both the buyer and the seller. I can easily say Lana earned our trust, though earning our trust is not easy to do.
Having driven 400 miles to see properties our time was limited and our decisions spontaneous, but Lana never hesitated and was very thorough in meeting our needs, at times sending us extremely useful information before we had even asked for it. Lana really showed a level of customer service we thought had faded into the past.
We have not rated negotiation skills as that did not become a part of our process, though our estimation is she would do just fine.
