Great realtor who found the perfect home for our family! Went out of his way to insure we find what we were looking for. Gave up work time and personal time to answer our questions and was on top of our paper work in every step of the process. Made our first time buying a home easy and fun. Great to work with in a personal and professional setting.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in San Angelo, TX.
We recently worked with Lance to sell our house and it was a great experience! The process was seamless and he always kept us informed. We were in the process of moving at the same time we were trying to sell and Lance made everything so simple. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in San Angelo. Working with him was great and we appreciate all of his help and time!

Bought a home in 2012.
Lance is a great realtor. He listened to what we wanted and liked in houses and didn't waste our time by showing us houses we wouldn't like.We had a little trouble with the first place we were gonna get our loan and he was so helpful with the whole process. He went above his job to help us.We ended up using coldwell and that was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Lance in the future.

Lance Powell was my real estate agent in finding the great house I live in now. We couldn't have done or found this without him. He was always searching for houses that were perfect for us, got his work done fast with no delays, contacted us as soon as possible, and worked with us by our own schedule. I recommend him to any house searchers. He gets the job done and does great.

Being a first time home buyer I had questions about everything. Alot of questions. Lance was always there too answer those question. He was very patient and courteous with us. He made sure that our house buying experience was a great one. I would highly recommend him if you are selling or buying.

We loved working with Lance. We were first time homebuyers and Lance was very easy to work with. He was kind and patient. He thoroughly explained the process to us and helped take some of the anxiety out of the situation. Lance is great- I wouldn't work with any other realtor in San Angelo.

Lance sold two of our homes and was our agent when we were looking for a new home. He was very knowledgeable about the area market and was supremely helpful selling our house after we had left the local area. Lance was very forthcoming on information and status and made sure our home was well marketed and represented to prospective buyers and agents. We loved working with him.

I have purchased several homes over the years and dealt with a number of realtors. Lance is by far the best. He is dedicated, professional and punctual. He will go above and beyond. He made sure everyone was doing there job and never let the process stop. Lance is awesome. You can’t go wrong. I will use Lance on my next purchase and I have already recommended him to friends.

I can highly recommend Lance as a real estate agent for the San Angelo area. Lance has extensive knowledge of San Angelo and knows his way around. He helped us find a great house in a very good school district. He was available to answer my phone calls and emails whenever I had a question as well. His friendliness and professionalism get a thumbs up!
