I would like to start out by introducing myself, my name is Lance Johnson and am a Real Estate Specialist with The Keller Williams Realty NWLA Market Center, one of the most exciting and dynamic group of Real Estate Professionals in town! I am very excited to be a part of this great community and I really enjoy helping Sellers get top dollar for their properties and finding Buyers the Best Homes available. I also work with local and out of state investors with the complexities of working through the process of securing a great investment property.
We are facing very tough market conditions these days and I feel it is essential that a future prospective client seeking Real Estate Consultation, receives the very best service possible and I have taking a pledge to be up to date on all the latest changes in the market and to make sure my clients are the best-served customers in the business.
There are numerous Real Estate Agents in the marketplace today and sometimes choosing the "right agent" can be a real challenge. I feel my previous experience, dedication to my craft, attention to detail, and the willingness to go "above and beyond" for my clients I represent has led to a proven track record of success throughout my career.
There is a lot involved with buying and selling Real Estate and I have seen many changes in the Industry over the years. I''ve worked in Business for over 10 years and have developed a system I use to get the most out of a deal. I believe communication and knowing all of your options is imperative when choosing to buy or sell a property. I am very meticulous and try to leave no stone unturned when working for my clients and I feel this has led to many long-lasting relationships with the people I have served over the years.
A little about myself, I studied Business and Economics in College and went straight into The Real Estate Business afterwards. I have worked in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate as an Agent, a Property Manager and a Local Leasing representative for one of the largest asset holders of Shopping Malls in the Country. I have an extensive background in Sales, but feel the Service part of the business may be sometimes underserved in our market, therefore I work diligently to achieve positive results for my buyers and sellers. I also feel, as a top-agent you need to have great negotiation skills in order to achieve the very best results. Over the years, I''ve negotiated some tough deals working as a Sales rep. and Leasing rep, Brokering high-priced Commercial Real Estate to Local and Regional Companies.
It is my intent to bring in a level of professionalism and a core-competence which far exceeds the customer''s expectations and my goal is to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with each and every deal. I believe the best way to grow and sustain my business is to focus on doing a great job for my clients. I believe, Hard work and treating people fairly, is the cornerstone to a successful long-lasting career in Real Estate and this is one of the reasons why I chose Keller Williams. The simple words, "Win-Win," or no deal means a lot to me and I think people should be treated like I would want to be treated and there is NO room for a lack of communication when dealing with the important issues which almost always are associated with buying or selling a home. Buying and/or selling a home is a huge financial decision and as a real estate agent I try to devote all of my time and energy to helping people make sure they feel confident and secure when it comes to making this big decision.
