Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Fox Chase, Philadelphia, PA.
I think the true test of a businessman's worth is when problems arise. My transaction was not completely smooth since I was buying a short sale property, however Brian jumped in and took care of the situation. I am deeply grateful with his professionalism and hard work. He really makes you feel he is working for you and that you are his only customer. He was incredible and went beyond my expectations. What makes him different is that not only he is passionate about his job but also the people he is working with. I will be more than glad to refer anyone I know buying a home to him. He is there for you and he is what all Realtors should aspire to be.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Frankford, Philadelphia, PA.
I found working with Brian to be great. He listened to my concerns and he was always available when I had questions. The listing/selling process went very smoothly considering other outside components. I would work with him again if I need to sell or buy a home in the Philadelphia area.

Brian helped Kathy and I find a house in the neighborhood that we wished to move in to. He was polite and friendly through out our search. His prompt answering of all of our many questions was a big help. Brian walked us through the setelment process with the ease of a seasoned professional. He made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. Brian is an asset to have on you side when you are looking to purchase a home. He has even made time to help us with a minor glitch after settlement. We would not hessitate to recomend Brian to our friends or family. Thank you Brian for all of your help.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Byberry, Philadelphia, PA.
Brian is a great guy, both professionally and personally. I've had the honor to get to know him on a personal level and now consider him a good friend. I started my relationship on a professional level when Brian helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was very easy to work with, friendly and made us both feel very comfortable with a process that was completely new to us. Brian understands the industry and the process as if he wrote it himself. We looked at A LOT of houses and he was very patient with us. We eventually found our dream home and Brian stepped us through settlement like it was a walk in the park. I am now looking to invest in some properties and have asked Brian to assist me with these purchases as well. I have been confident enough to refer Brian to several friends and family members.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Havertown, PA.
Brian was always available whenever we needed him. We walked through over 15 houses before we found our perfect house. We put a few bids in an Brian's advice was catered to each situation, not just a standard response. When we did get our house, Brian negotiated the price down and got everything fixed that we wanted after the home inspection. Overall, he made a very nerve racking experience simple. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
