Brian was professional in all his dealings with us when we were selling our property in Philadelphia, PA. He was very respectful and very nice, and we would certainly recommend him to anyone that was looking for an agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Academy Gardens, Philadelphia, PA.

I contacted Brian on a whim when I saw him on zillow, I was pretty sure I went to grade school with his brother. It turned out to be the best decision ever! As soon as he took my fiancé and me to the first house we asked him to show us, we knew we wanted him to be part of the process of buying our first home together. He was always professional, but also extremely down-to-earth and personable. He listened to our needs and concerns, and showed a level of respect that is often not seen in today's world. He recommended Howard Kredo from Centennial Lending Group for our mortgage, and between Howard and Brian we always felt "in the loop", and had every question answered very quickly. Thanks you, Brian, for making this such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs an honest, hard-working realtor.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $75K in East Mount Airy, Philadelphia, PA.

Brian is the best of both worlds. He was easygoing enough to work with my chaotic schedule and sporadic house-hunting habits, but as soon as we found the right property, he turned into a real estate dynamo. He negotiated the price I wanted, smoothed over any issues that arose, and kept everything on target for a fast and painless closing. To top it off, he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Fox Chase, Philadelphia, PA.

I think the true test of a businessman's worth is when problems arise. My transaction was not completely smooth since I was buying a short sale property, however Brian jumped in and took care of the situation. I am deeply grateful with his professionalism and hard work. He really makes you feel he is working for you and that you are his only customer. He was incredible and went beyond my expectations. What makes him different is that not only he is passionate about his job but also the people he is working with. I will be more than glad to refer anyone I know buying a home to him. He is there for you and he is what all Realtors should aspire to be.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Frankford, Philadelphia, PA.

I found working with Brian to be great. He listened to my concerns and he was always available when I had questions. The listing/selling process went very smoothly considering other outside components. I would work with him again if I need to sell or buy a home in the Philadelphia area.
