You're welcome, wish I could have figured that out two years ago. Have a great 2013. Cheers.....
Wow, I tried to figure that out two years ago when I took a listing where the seller had tried the Make Me Move feature on Zillow. I never could figure it out but had the home sold in a few weeks so it didn't matter. I was going to contact Zillow support for help but never had time. I hope this link below works as I found something on Zillow about getting it back to Not For Sale.http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Posting-and-Make-Me-Move-Homes-on-Zillow/From your home details page, click "Edit," then "Edit Status," then "No longer for sale."I hope this helps.
The same tile as that found in the kitchen will look best in there, no transition piece needed. As someone stated earlier It is best to not have too many different floor types in a home. Vinyl next to tile never looks good. I would also suggest you put half your pantry items in storage when the time comes to sell your home, your agent will likely tell you the same thing. I love how they took out the raquetball courts on West Village Drive, that park looks so much nicer now. Best of luck.
That is just what I was thinking as I read the question. It sounds like $1,400 is the monthly rental amount they are advertising in the MLS. Just like selling a home there are many times where trying to rent an over priced rental home or condo takes a long time.
