Is there a way to view my Zillow statement through the zillow.com website?
We seem to be having a little nit of a up tic. You could continue to buy into the sky is falling but if interest rates continue to climb your price may go down but you will have the same payment and most likely pay more for the same house you saved 30,000 on.Everyone has there toe in the water, its time to get wet. Most of the dip in the market has already happened.
The market is a little different in the three locations but Ventura county in general is doing quite well when you stack it up to most places and especially in southern California it is pretty stable. Down town Ventura and the Hillside homes are really doing well.As for San Luis Obispo well it is the happiess town in the United States according to Oprah so you know it is doing well. The market did great in Feburary and I think March is doing ok but with the sight interest rate hikes we are seing less pending properties than last month but over all we the market is holding its own.Westlake Village is having a stable and pretty even market at the moment and will continue as long as rates on Jubo loans remain low.
Prices are holding steady at our 3 locations in Ventura, San Luis Obispo and Westlake Village- I say the answer is YES and YES! What say you??
