Sold a home in 2012.
Larry handled both the sale of our condo and, at the same time, our purchase of our home. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted for both processes and didn't try to hard sell any place that didn't fit our needs. He always kept us informed of everything that was happening and got us answers to every question we had.

Larry helped us with both selling our current place and getting us a house at the same time and did a exceptional job on both sides to make sure everything was smooth and fast. Gave us honest advice when we looked at houses and told us what might be good or bad and didn't just try get us to buy the first thing we found. Highly Recommend for a fast and easy house buying experience.

I tried to sell my home a few years back with no success. I thought I would take another shot at it with Larry Martin and was so glad I did. This was a very high end home that I thought was going to take months to sell. Larry sold it in 10 days!! At full asking price! Beyond my highest expectations. I have worked with many realtors over the last 20 years for personal and company buying and selling. There is no one that evn comes close to Larry. His attention to detail, determination, great social skills all with a very calm demeanor is remarkable. I never once felt pressured or that I wasn't listened to by Larry. He is not only a great realtor but a great person. You will not be dissapointed if you use Larry to buy or sell your next home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Dorr, MI.
Larry was very eager to list and sell our property. He recommended a higher list price than other realtors were recommending but he came through and sold it in only 3 days after listing it. And, the sale price was more than the listing price! Larry brought in buyers who were looking for exactly what our house had to offer and he did not waste anybody's time. After the sale, he was there to help us with minor repairs that inspectors required and he helped the sellers with the loan process to make closing go smoothly.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Creston, Grand Rapids, MI.
Larry and his assitant Dana were wonderful to work with. Always ready, willing and able to help with a whatever I asked of them. I was uncertain whether I wanted to buy a house or a condo, we toured many many of both and ended up buying a condo.

We were so blessed to have Larry as our agent. From the word go, he was fully committed to serving our every need. He always made himself available and he and his staff were very responsive and informative to any and all questions we had. He negotiated as if it were his own home he was fighting for. All in all, with Larry's help, we were able to sell our home and buy a new home in 8 days. Larry and his staff were remarkable. Larry was very knowledgable about the area as well as making good suggestion to what we needed tto do o the house to sell it promptly. Larry helped me buy my first home. He helped me through the process, helping to get everything I negotiated for. His responsiveness was great when I needed his assistance. With his help we were able to close within the two month timelimit we set and I am happy to say that we are happy with our home.

Larry Martin was a huge asset in the transition from our home he sold (in 12 hours) to the one we purchased. Larry even scheduled for us to see homes on Memorial day because we were in a time crunch to find a new home. He always responded to questions quickly and thoroughly and had good advice as far as the price to sell our home and fair asking price of the home we bought. I would highly recommend using Larry to sell or buy!
