We were just moving into this area from out of state. Larry was GREAT in getting us the best possible deal on our home and also advised us on how to take care of it with maintenance suggestions. Since we are not from here, we call Larry to find out who to call for service on our current home. He knows good and reputable contrators and service people whom all have done an excellent quality job on our home. Larry is GREAT, BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the sale of your home. Larry was a seller's agent in our transaction. However, he was very helpful through out our whole new home construction process. He is very professional in every aspect.

My husband and I are very happy that Larry helped us buy our first home. There are many reasons we undoubtedly would recommendLarry as an agent.
The first and foremost is that he takes client’s interest to his heart. He goes well beyond what you might expect from a real estate agent in helping his clients. He is always available to answer whatever questions we have, even after we bought a house.
Since we were looking to buy a house in Durham, we really needed someone who could steer us in the right direction in this somewhat heterogeneous area. He knows Durham very well. He knows where the nice neighborhoods are and can always advise on qualities of any neighborhood including schools, shopping, resale potential and anything else.
One of the things I very much appreciated is Larry’s facts and data driven nature. When there was a house that we were interested in, he put together a table with recent comparable sales and current listings in the neighborhood with myriad of homes characteristics, such as size, garage availability, age of homes, sales and listing prices and many other things. I think this was very helpful to get a perspective on the current value and on the investment potential of any perspective home.
His knowledge of home construction and renovation helped us get better idea of expected renovations and repairs for any house right on the spot. This was extremely helpful for us, who never owned a home and know nothing about renovation costs. He also knows local builders. When we considered looking at several new construction homes, he gave us his opinion on the quality of the construction.
Larry is also very kind to share his resources related to contractors. This was extremely helpful since we are new to the area.
Last but not least, Larry has great personality. His sense of humor, calm and practical approach turned the process of home finding and buying from stressful to enjoyable. He will give you his honest opinion in a most polite and rational manner. He made sure we had realistic and rational expectations about any house that we considered.
In all, Larry is an awesome real estate agent. If you have high expectations about a real estate agent, then Larry is the guy!
