As a full-time real estate professional Larry began his real estate career in 1980 in Long Island, NY, first as a licensed real estate agent and later as a sales manager for a major real estate firm, managing and growing a staff of 75 agents. Eventually Larry became an independent real estate broker/owner as well as owner of a mortgage brokerage firm.

In 1994 Larry heard the powerful call to "paradise" and moved with his wife and two sons to Marco Island, Florida where he began his new real estate adventure. After four years as a successful licensed agent Larry started what is today the #1 real estate team on Marco Island--the Caruso Team.

In addition to managing both staff and agents, Larry continues to list and sell real estate. Larry has gathered an impressive treasury of real estate knowledge from his professional experiences, his personal experiences through real estate ownership, and continuing education courses.

Larry can converse easily on topics as diverse as real estate sales, marketing, appraisals, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, mortgages, new construction, Internet marketing, commercial investments and business brokerages.

Larry has received many awards and accolades including Re/Max's Hall of Fame, and RE/MAX's Platinum Club and Chairman's Club memberships. Larry cherishes his time with his family and enjoys boating and fishing.
