Lee Ann and Jeff Mix are Las Vegas Short Sale Agents in Clark County, Nevada. We have concentrated our business on helping struggling homeowners in Las Vegas who are upside down on their home. Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives or HAFA was just launched April 5, 2010. This new program is part of HAMP (Making Home Affordable) and was designed to help homeowners who can not qualify for a loan modification through HAMP, do a short sale. A short sale is a special transaction that allows a home owner to sell their home for market value even if they owe more than it is worth.
