Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.075M in San Carlos, CA.Summary:
Laura helped us sell my mother-in-law's home. A dated home, great location, tough market. We closed 8 days after putting it on the market! She knew exactly how to market this home and was an unbelievable help in preparing the house for sale. We listened to her advise and are very happy we did!

The first house was inherited property, and I had a small budget to work with. The second house was my own, and I was prepared to upgrade to be able to sell for top dollar. In both cases, Laura made it easy with her cadre of contracting professionals to highlight the best of each house. Laura doesn't have just one way of getting a house ready to sell; she knows her service areas, employers nearby, and what makes a house appeal to a buyer. By personally managing so many aspects of getting a house ready to sell, Laura frees her clients to focus on other goals.
I was blown away by Laura's interest and ability in negotiation and her facility using technology for marketing. Those abilities set her apart for me. Laura doesn't advertise her integrity, but that also impressed me. She makes choices to be professional and authentic. Other agents respect her and want to work with her.
In spite of the downturn in the housing market, Laura sold both houses for well above asking price. One house was on the market for 10 days, and the other for 5 days. One house sold right before Christmas, and the other right before summer. If you have an experienced professional like Laura, upturn/downturn, time of year, tiny budget or huge, you can expect a satisfying return on your biggest investment.
