Bought a home in 2012.
My family was planning to move to the Peninsula. Laura was most helpful in showing us around and educating us about the market. She is truly professional, very knowledge, and a wonderful person. At the end, our circumstances changed and we did not move. All the same, we are most grateful to her help and would recommend her to anyone who is moving to the Bay Area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Menlo Park, CA.
I know Laura well because she worked with me and my husband for the better part of a year to find the perfect home. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to closing the deal. Laura is strong when negotiating, but always understanding and empathetic with her clients. She has great relationships with other realtors, city officials, contractors, etc., all of which were critical to us as we worked through the process of of purchasing our home. She is truly special and is the best realtor I have ever met!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Belmont, CA.
We have worked with my realtors previously and I can not say enough about Laura. She is very professional, personal and efficient in everything she does. She is very sweet and truly deals with you as part of the family. Although I have known Laura for a short time, I feel like I have known her for many years and still try to keep in touch with her. She really takes excellent care and understands your needs and her knowledge in the field is beyond words. I would highly recommend her to anyone and please feel free to have anyone call me with questions about her and her services.

Sold a home in 2012.
I cant express enough how greatful I am to have met Laura. I was a first time, out of state seller from Washington and I inherited the home in San Mateo CA. I interviewed many realtors and I couldn't have been happier with my experience working with Laura. From minute one Laura was very knowledgeable, she made selling the house an absolutely painless process, she was there to answer any of my questions ( I had lots ) any time of day, seven days a week, she was there for me. I could go on and on about my experience but words cant describe enough how thankful I am for all the hard work Laura put into selling my house. Sold a home in 2009.
We used Laura to sell our property and buy a new property. In a market that was not seller friendly, she was able to get us multiple offers and we sold our property for above asking price in a short period of time.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.225M in Crescent Park, Palo Alto, CA.
Laura was fantastic -- she was unbelievably dedicated to me throughout the process. It was a complicated transaction and she not only guided me through it expertly, she managed to keep me calm and focused at the same time. At one point, I was freaked out and thought I might want to pull out -- instead of pressuring me, she sat down and really listened to my concerns, addressed them, and helped me think through other options. I really felt like she was my advocate -- she demonstrated impeccable ethics at every point while still giving great tactical advice and showing a great sense of humor on top of it all. I just can't say enough about Laura -- even now, months after the close, she is still helping and advising me. Incredible.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.0M in Burlingame, CA.
Laura is a great agent, no doubt, but it is her soft skills that sets her apart -- great communication regarding the process, works with our schedules, understands the challenges that we as sellers faced given that we have small children (worked around our schedules as much as possible).
