Bought a home in 2012.

She helped find and close a house to our liking in Palo Alto, which is a very tough housing market. She continued to help us with all the related services such as finding highly qualified tenants for the property we were vacating. A one stop shop for all your real estate needs!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.125M in Lauriedale, San Mateo, CA.

Laura was wonderful. Thats the bottom line. Read on if you want to know more.

We worked with Laura in 2012 as the market started to heat up. She helped us formulate our offers and worked with us in finding places that matched our desires. She was even able to turn us onto some new neighborhoods that we hadn't considered -- but that were good matches for us. We ended up settling in one of those locations!

She helped us become comfortable with the realities of finding a home in the bay area. This included how much to bid on listings and how to best structure offers to make them more compelling to the sellers. She was extremely patient and spent plenty of time, often late into the evening making sure our strategy was set.

We also had the experience of seeing her in a somewhat "non-standard" situation. We ended up in a situation in which our deposit became at risk and things became extremely complicated. Sparing the details, i'll just say that she exemplifies "professional integrity". She helped us through this tricky situation helped to resolved the situation in a manner that was satisfactory to all, and avoided a protracted legal fight (the only other possible outcome).

She has a network of people that she works with (contractors, painters, gardeners...) and that is helpful if you need someone to come look at something to get a sense for how much it'll be to actually fix up. I presume on the sell side its useful for her to setup and stage places. But i've only been on the buy side using her. She did invite us to one of her showings just to see the place -- and she did a great job showing that place.

I recommend Laura to everyone I know that is looking for a home. She has worked with some of my friends as a result, and also had good results for them.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.325M in Burlingame, CA.

We were very pleased with Laura Bryant’s professional assistance during our home purchase in 2012. Purchasing a home in SF Bay area is not a simple and easy task. The bidding wars and cash buyers are very common. The most important quality of a good realtor is that he or she can professionally guide you through the buying process which includes understanding and explaining the legal terms in the contracts, negotiating the price, evaluating competing offers from other buyers, communicating effectively with the seller’s agent and his and her client, and providing post-closing support. Laura was able to do all of the above professionally and in timely manner. Laura helped us through the entire process and we found our “fixer upper” that we were looking for. She took time to listen to our “ideal home list’, which we thought was quite impossible to find. She kept us informed and provided insightful advice. The final offer process involved many back and forth negotiations. She went above and beyond to help us get the home inspection done and negotiated the price down to our price range. Laura is also very personal. Although we did not know Laura before we got introduced to her via a good friend, we feel like we have known her for a long time. She is just a very sweet and compassionate person. Laura is exceptional in her service. She has the knowledge and expertise of the market condition in the Bay Area. We could not have done this without her! We highly recommend Laura to anyone!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.225M in Mariners Island, San Mateo, CA.

Thank you very much for your help with the recent sale and close of our home! You recommended a pricing strategy that generated multiple offers above our asking price! I would have no hesitancy to recommend you to family and friends; your instincts, professionalism, knowledge, and your willingness to do whatever it takes to put the sale together were top notch! We appreciated not only "your" expertise but also the expertise and support from the team you have assembled to help with the other events associated with the sale of our home. The designer who staged the home, the contractor and trades folks who helped with any repairs, the house cleaning and moving team that helped in those roles. They were all wonderful! Our best to you and thank you again!!!

Sold a home in 2014.

Laura was my agent when I was looking to sell my townhouse out in Foster City. She was instrumental in helping me optimize my property including remodels, presentation and negotiations. She is responsive, consultative(not pushy) and detailed oriented. Ultimately, she is what you want in an agent. I can't recommend her enough and I hope to one day work with her again.

She worked so hard- always available to us. Made is a stress free sale. She put out all the "fires" along the way. She made a plan with the open houses and time to open bids and stuck to it. Lots of extra touches long the way. I would recommend her highly to everyone.
