Laura is professional in every way and a delight to work with! She does all of her homework and then some. She is very patient with her clients and listens to their goals. Laura waited nearly two years for us to make a decision to move out of the area. She kept us posted with frequent updates on the market and stayed in touch on a friendly basis. When we finally made our decision, she was there as soon as we called her. Sold a Townhouse home in 2011 in Columbia, MD.
Mrs. Kittleman Yeatts was wonderful to work with. From her professionalism and expertise to her welcoming and friendly demeanor. We were so lucky to have such an amazing real estate agent that we consider a family friend. Her and her husband have been nothing but a dream to work with. We haven't seen so many prospective clients interested in our house before. She held 2 Open Houses in 2 weeks & we had 3 people interested in buying so soon. We did have some trouble with the buyer but Mrs. Kittleman was quick to resolve any issue & we greatly appreciated it. Not only did she work hard to sell our house but she found us the perfect house for our family. After we moved in, she sent us a beautiful bouquet of roses to welcome us into our new home.
