Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Ellicott City, MD.
Laura is professional in every way and a delight to work with! She does all of her homework and then some. She is very patient with her clients and listens to their goals. Laura waited nearly two years for us to make a decision to move out of the area. She kept us posted with frequent updates on the market and stayed in touch on a friendly basis. When we finally made our decision, she was there as soon as we called her. We appreciated her experience and expertise to help us get out home sold quickly in today's market....we were under contract in FOUR DAYS!!!
We highly recommend Laura, Tom and Team Kittleman! They will get the job done for you and you will likely gain a couple of really great friends like we did!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2011 in Columbia, MD.
Mrs. Kittleman Yeatts was wonderful to work with. From her professionalism and expertise to her welcoming and friendly demeanor. We were so lucky to have such an amazing real estate agent that we consider a family friend. Her and her husband have been nothing but a dream to work with. We haven't seen so many prospective clients interested in our house before. She held 2 Open Houses in 2 weeks & we had 3 people interested in buying so soon. We did have some trouble with the buyer but Mrs. Kittleman was quick to resolve any issue & we greatly appreciated it. Not only did she work hard to sell our house but she found us the perfect house for our family. After we moved in, she sent us a beautiful bouquet of roses to welcome us into our new home. It was the sweetest surprise. Selling and buying a house can be stressful but with a great team like the Kittlemans I'm sure you won't have to worry. I highly recommend the Kittlemans.

Sold a home in 2010.
Laura is a fantastic realtor and a wonderful person to work with. She listed my townhome when there were several others listed nearby and under challenging circumstances but got it under contract in just 12 days. She also helped me purchase a new home. Laura is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and is always patient, helpful and responsive. I really value her advice and honesty. Laura and the Kittleman Group are the very best!

Writing "Laura was a pleasure to work with" seems to be just a standard or generic thing to say when you don't know what else to write, but in this case I really mean it. She WAS a pleasure to work with!! Laura has a very calm nature about her, which puts you at ease right away. 10 minutes after meeting Laura, I felt like we had been friends for a long time. She was always prepared, pleasant and patient with me and my husband. No matter how you look at it, the process of selling, buying and moving is stressful. However, Laura helped minimize that stress by always being available to answer questions, keeping us informed and guiding us through each step. From our decision to sell to settlement, she was there for us. Her experience and knowledge really shows. I highly recommend Laura and The Kittleman Group.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Woodbine, MD.
Laura was an excellent agent for us! We came into the selling process, like most, wanting a higher price for our house than the market would give us. Laura helped us understand the market, gave us excellent advice and tips for making our house more marketable and kept us fully informed through the entire process. I knew she was very helpful and informative but I noticed it even more when we were buying a house in another state. This agent did not keep us in the loop, did not document everything, and things were very unorganized (at least as compared to Laura). I can't thank Laura enough!! Now the bar has been set pretty high for us when we sell again!! For anyone living in the area where Laura serves, you will be most pleased with her and I highly recommend you use her as your realtor!

We were worried that the process would be daunting, because we live out-of-state, but Laura was so patient and consistent with her updates and communications that we very much at ease with her confident handling of every aspect. We lived a great distance from the condo we needed to sell in Columbia and without Laura and her staff it would have been a nightmare. She was instrumental in helping us get the condo almost completely redone to make it market ready and then walked us through every step of the way.
