Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Upland, CA.
Laura was by far the easiest and best Real Estate Professional I've worked with. I've purchased homes and rental property in the past with other agents, but Laura was much more professional and exceeded my expectations. She really cared about what my fiancé and I wanted, rather than rushing us into a home we didn't want. I will definitely use Laura again when it's time for an upgrade.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $600K in Upland, CA.
We have bought and sold over seven homes and Laura Pinelli is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. She is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely hard working. Laura went above and beyond the call of duty when we purchased our home in California. She worked closely with the title company during the escrow process and kept us informed every step of the way. Laura made this transaction so easy for us, she even bought new tags for our dogs. She is an exceptional Realtor.

I was amazed at the excellent customer service Laura provided. She would show us as many houses that we wanted to see in a day, and never hesitated to go from one city to another. I would call her from the car with addresses from "For Sale" signs I'd see driving around town and she would quickly look them up and give me the status. She made us feel like we were multi-million dollar clients, even with our modest budget.
She cares like a big sister-daughter-mother, wanting to see you attain your own home. They saying buying a home is the California dream; well Laura is truly the dream maker. She will look high and low to find your home and when you does, she is an expert agent. Very knowledgeable in her field, truly loyal and professional with a kind and friendly demeanor.

Bought a home in 2010.
Very professional and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. She is a great agent and we would highly recommend her to any interested buyers. Our experience with her was great, she made everything run very smoothly and was very attentive to our needs.

Our escrow was anything but smooth for us as our lender made things very difficult. Laura worked hard on our behalf to get the deal done. We were so impressed with her hard work that we referred a family member to her. She got their house sold too! Highly recommend.
