Sold a home in 2010.
In the past two years, times have been extremely difficult for alot of people, economically along with just having other issues. When I had to sell my condo, which I did not want too, I had been in communication with Ms. D'Amico maybe 4-6 months prior to just giving her an FYI that I may have to sell. Ms. D'Amico at that point helped me to understand my situation and went out of way to even help me run the numbers to see if I did not have to sell. All the while, she kept my information confidential, while keeping it on the back burner! Needless to say I had to sell, I called Ms. D'Amico, she came down and already had a buyer without even listing the condo. We decided to list the condo to see if we could get more money and to see if there was other interest. Well, thank goodness for her smarts, she sold my condo in 1 Hour to the second person who looked at, and even negotiated the price higher. All the while, totally staying by my side and helping me through this transition which was extremely difficult. I highly recommend Laura, as she is not only professional, but her talent and kindness and being there for me, helped me to move forward. She was the only person to actually sell my 1 bedroom, 1 den, in this building for a price that was never done before. Laura is a honest, loyal and brings along a kindness that would help you to get where you need to be, which makes her a rare find. Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2010 in Revere, MA.
Laura is a wonderful and understanding Realtor. She sold my home is a timely fashion. She made it so easy for my husband and I, she is very educated when it comes to real estate.
