Laura has been the seller’s agent for several townhomes in our complex and has received rave reviews from the neighbors. Hence, we decided to use her assistance on the sale of our home. And she delivered. We were and still are truly impressed. She delivers full package from the preparation of the house for sale, marketing materials on paper and in the internet, presentation of the house to potential buyers and their agents, negotiation of the price and other sale conditions to pending sale and finally closing of the deal. Her team was extremely responsive to any question we had; if they did not know the answer, they put in additional effort and figured it out. There are probably few things which set her apart and benefit any seller she represents. Her experience: she has been real estate agent some 25 years and can foresee pitfalls you do not anticipate. For example, how to avoid a reduction of the sales price if the assessment comes in lower than the sales price? She knows. Her negotiations skills: she knows how to play buyers against each other and get a price you could have ever imagined. We sold 20% above asking price and this is a result you simply do not achieve without a good agent. Quality of service: unparalleled. I felt that she was worth every penny we paid her and probably more. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has decided to use the services of a real estate agent and has not settled on any particular agent yet. My wife and I recently relocated from Oregon to Washington. After interviewing three candidates to help us with our home search, we decided to work with Laura, and we are so glad that we did!

From the outset, we found Laura to be very approachable. She was a patient listener, eager to learn about us, and our requirements and preferences in a home. The reading material Laura shared at the outset educated us about east side neighborhoods and prevailing market conditions. With Laura’s connections and guidance, we were able to get our loan pre-approved prior to searching for homes.

Laura planned an orientation of east side neighborhoods and showed us both new construction and resale properties. We found the trips to be thoughtfully and thoroughly planned, and we could see that Laura had put in a lot of effort in matching availability to our requirements. We were impressed by her extensive knowledge of each neighborhood from historical perspectives, pros/cons, current property values and appreciation trends, quality of schools, commute times, etc. Laura's wealth of knowledge and insight helped us narrow down our search.

After finding three possible properties in different neighborhoods, we leveraged Laura’s skills at comparing the current and future potential of each property: neighborhood, market value, appreciation trends and builder history. With her expertise and guidance, we nailed down the house we wanted.

Laura’s skills don’t stop there; she closed the deal flawlessly. Given that it was a seller’s market, and we had opted for new construction, Laura was forthright about her limited ability to negotiate with the builder on the price of the house. However, she was able to secure us additional upgrades. While the negotiation process lasted over a week, Laura remained calm and firm, always keeping our interests at the forefront and keeping us proactively informed on the status of the negotiation. Given the state of the market, we believe Laura got us a very good deal on the house.

During the home building process, Laura and her team were meticulous about reminding us of deadlines and appointments we needed to keep. Laura constantly followed up with the builder on the construction timetable, and when issues came up, she would promptly step in and quickly ensure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction.

We moved into our new home a month ago and absolutely love it. We know we would not be where we are without Laura. She is a down to earth person who deeply cares about her clients and takes her job very seriously. She is truly one of a kind.

We worked with Laura for several months. She gave us valuable advice about preparing our house for sale, staging it and thinking about the best timing for putting it on the market. As we approached the time to put it up for sale, Laura helped us decide which things were most important to do to be prepared. She put together excellent marketing materials including photos and descriptions, and getting our house shown on multiple on-line sites. She used her knowledge of the local market to advise us about pricing and the details of handling offers. We got multiple offers within the first few days, all well above asking price. Laura presented these to us in a useful way and worked through the details with us in order to choose the best. Her communication and negotiation skills helped us close the deal, and her knowledge kept things on track.

We were in the middle of a remodel when we decided to move, and we had a lot of loose ends to tie up. Our friends had recommended Laura to us after she helped them successfully sell their home in 2013. They valued her input on what work needed to be done on the house before it sold, and just as importantly, what could be skipped. It sounded like exactly what we needed. We wanted someone who could help us manage the entire process of preparing and selling a home, all while we got ready to move out of state.

Laura and her team were exactly what we needed. She walked through our house with us and helped us plan a roadmap of what needed to be done and when. At times we couldn't make it to the home when a contractor needed to come, and she covered for us. She followed up with everything and communicated very thoroughly. The process was hectic and busy, but it always felt it control thanks to Laura.

Once we listed, we had seven full-price or better offers within the first few days, and we sold our home for 10% higher than our list price! We couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out.

We'd heartily recommend Laura and her team to anyone looking to sell a home in the area.

It is my first experience to buy a house here which makes me so nervous for every steps. From the beginning to the end, Laura is the great partner, not only for buying a house but also for helping us to be successful and be comfortable to the process which we have to be accountable for. I was referred to Laura for advice by two different people before I remodeled my kitchen and baths. I was told she has a great "feel" for what adds value and, more important, what doesn’t.
