The listings are all sent by automatic feed from the Prudential corporate office, not by the agent at our local office, Prudential Nutshell Realty. In order for me to take over the listing, I would have to do what you suggested earlier, plus every time the price or status changed, I would have to update that. With Trulia, when I take over the listing, every time the price or the status changes, it is automatically updated. I don't have to do a thing once I claim the listing. This situation is the same for every agent that works for a franchise, and has their feed done automatically from the corporate office. That is many thousands of agents. Can't you make the process easier for all of us?
Trulia also receives property listings from Prudential via an automated data feed, but you can claim your listing very easily. You don't have to dispute it. Can't you change the way your system works?
I provided two other addresses, but I haven't gotten an answer yet. I am still being asked to activate my account, every time I want to claim a listing, yet my account is already activated.

I created an account, and then saved one of my listings. Now, when I go to my other listings, I can add photos, but I can't claim the listings. Each time I click on "Take over your listing", I am brought to the "Activate your account" page, as if I don't already have an account.
