Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Denville, NJ.
Lauren was part of Team Alacahan- that's us. While another realtor may have taken the back seat, we had no doubt during our home search and purchase process that Lauren had our best interests in mind. Have you heard the saying "know your audience?" Lauren took that to a whole new level. She was incredibly responsive and LISTENED to what we were looking for. She listened to our concerns and our wishes and provided candid feedback when requested. She was really part of our team! I felt like she was coming with us! We had worked with other realtors during our new home search. Lauren stole our hearts and helped us close the deal we wanted in the span of time we had hoped. With a new baby on the way, we were in a bit of a rush. We knew what we wanted- and typical NY'ers...we wanted it now. Lauren had a winning attitude, was realistic and EXPERT in her field. She also has a great sense of humor and is a human...who wants to work with a robot? We heart Lauren Orsini and can't wait to have her over for some "Sweet Tea...." or a martini when we are all moved in.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in South Orange, NJ.
Lauren was really great. When we started looking for houses we really weren't sure what we wanted, and she helped us narrow our search. She didn't tire of showing us house after house until we found the right one. Then all the 'fun' began. She helped us negotiate a great price for the house, and all the other bits of the paperwork, she supported us throughout. She kept us on track without being a pushy salesman. I really trust that she had our backs through the whole process.

Very helpful and immediately responsive. Helped us move swiftly and confidently through the process. If you're serious buyer she is for you you. Took us to many properties in a short period of time while providing good information throughout.

Bought a home in 2013.
We met Lauren by "accident" via zillow. We met her to see one particular house, never thinking she would become our agent. After spending just a few minutes with us, you could tell Lauren really cared about what we were looking for in a home. She spent the next year and a half showing us countless houses without any hesitation. She is always quick to respond and awesome with keeping current on new listings. I could not have imagined going through our search without her. I consider her more than an agent, she became a friend during the process. I would recommend Lauren 110%! She is amazing!

Lauren was indispensable during our relocation from TX to NJ. Her local knowledge helped us find a great house even though we were completely new to the area, and her process expertise helped us successfully navigate what can be a very complicated house buying process. She was patient as we looked at more houses than I can count, all the while staying focused on ensuring we found a house that would be our new home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in West Caldwell, NJ.
Lauren was willing to take on a house damaged by trees during Sandy even though it might have taken 1 year for it to get on the market. She consulted with the building community before listing the property. She understood the problems of listing a house with an on-going insurance claim and resolved those problems.
Her communication with me was exceptional. She was available at all times. She conducted what amounted to a bidding war looking after my interests first; she presented all offers fairly without regard to the buyers agent. She dealt with the buys agent flawlessly and even retrieved its from the house in my absence.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Livingston, NJ.
My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and had been casually looking around for our new house. The term casual was probably because we were intimitated by the process. In the beginning, we had met with a few different agents from various companies. They were quick to show us homes, but did not educate us about the home-buying process, and had the same basic information about a neighborhood as we found online. Being overwhelmed, we decided to take some time off from looking.
When we picked back up, Lauren Orsini was linked to many of the properties we were interested in, and she had great reviews, so we contacted her. Right from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. Lauren was not only knowledgeable, professional, but was responsive and walked us through each step of the way. She showed us what felt like hundreds of homes, pointing out the pro's and con's of each home and neighborhood, and never pressured us into anything. Lauren was also able to give us a true sense of what the community of each town was like, taking time to show us the town pools and community centers.
After 6 months, we found the right house for us. Lauren is very skilled in negotiating - from our offer to the sale price, down to the credits we received from the sellers - and kept on top of every aspect of the sale - including keeping us in the loop with the happenings of the mortgage process.
Overall, without Lauren, I know we would still be house hunting. I would, and have already recommended Lauren to others and when the time comes to sell and buy again, we will be calling Lauren!

Myself and my wife were first time home buyers. We found Lauren on Zillow and decided to contact her because she had great reviews. During our first phone conversation Lauren provided a great deal of helpful information. When we met for the first time Lauren made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Throughout the process it became evident that Lauren has truly mastered her craft. We never felt pressure of any kind and we always felt that our needs were Lauren's top priority. From finding properties that met our needs and wants to negotiating final sale price and credits - Lauren exceeded our expectation and I would gladly recommend to her to friends and family.

Lauren is a consummate professional with a personal touch that is pure gold. We would recommend her without reservation to anyone, but with particular enthusiasm to a new buyer or to someone new to the area, and as in our case, to finicky New Yorkers completely out of their element. In addition to our being unfamiliar with the area or suburbia at all, we were utterly bewildered by the very concept of multiple offers in this market. Lauren capably, and it cannot be emphasized enough—patiently—guided us through each stage of the process: from learning about communities, to looking at a tremendous number of houses, through the negotiation process all the way to closing. Finally, Lauren is an excellent resource with regard to many other professionals and trades people.
