Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Trestle Glen, Oakland, CA.
I found Lauren on Zillow as I was searching for a Realtor who would fit our needs. I contacted several agents explaining that my partner and I were looking for a Realtor who worked with investors. Lauren promptly returned my call. My partner and I met with Lauren and decided to move forward with her since she was very friendly, confident, and showed a willingness to work hard. We have worked with some great agents in the past but Lauren far exceeded our expectations. Lauren is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, persistent, acts quickly and most of all she is very friendly. She routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to make sure we are taken care of. She has a strong network of contacts that have proven useful on multiple occasions. Agent Lauren Lawson is by far one of the best realtors I have worked with, she is truly amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always very responsive to our questions. This property was not at all easy to close, but we did it! Lauren went above and beyond to help us get this property closed. Lauren was amazing! She was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She always had a lot of detailed knowledge about the area and the properties I looked at.
