Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Trestle Glen, Oakland, CA.
I found Lauren on Zillow as I was searching for a Realtor who would fit our needs. I contacted several agents explaining that my partner and I were looking for a Realtor who worked with investors. Lauren promptly returned my call. My partner and I met with Lauren and decided to move forward with her since she was very friendly, confident, and showed a willingness to work hard. We have worked with some great agents in the past but Lauren far exceeded our expectations. Lauren is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, persistent, acts quickly and most of all she is very friendly. She routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to make sure we are taken care of. She has a strong network of contacts that have proven useful on multiple occasions. We are currently in the midst of our first project with Lauren and everything is running smoothly. My partner and I feel that we have found a winner in Lauren and highly recommend her.

Agent Lauren Lawson is by far one of the best realtors I have worked with, she is truly amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always very responsive to our questions. This property was not at all easy to close, but we did it! Lauren went above and beyond to help us get this property closed. I'm a real estate investor and plan to continue to working with Lauren Lawson to find properties and have her sell them for me.

Bought a home in 2012.
Lauren was amazing! She was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She always had a lot of detailed knowledge about the area and the properties I looked at. Answered all my questions with patience and great information. I look forward to working with her again soon and would recommend her very highly to other buyers.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Hercules, CA.
I found Lauren online, while looking for an agent to help us in finding our first home. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect, and I had so many questions about the whole process. Lauren was excellent in explaing each and every step, and she made sure that we understood the process before we made our final decision. She was great in being patient with me, and was VERY good about returning calls and emails in a timely manner. I feel that her negotiation skills helped us in getting the home that we really wanted. She kept in close contact with the sellers agents, and made sure that all parties were on the same page. I don't know what we would have done without all her knowledge, and experience on our side. Bought a home in 2012.
Lauren is a wonderful person and a perfect fit to her profession! She made us feel like we were the only clients she had. She listened to all of our wants and needs and found us the perfect home! Any time we had a question she was always prompt with the answer and if she didn’t know the answer she found it for us. She was very reassuring during the entire process. We could not have made it without her support (I’m a definite stressor & she made me feel calm by reassuring me that it was ok) and my husband & I will absolutely refer Lauren to anyone we know that is looking for a home!

I highly recommend Lauren Lawson. Lauren is very professional, pays attention to details, communicates quickly and well, and negotiates well with the seller. Lauren first determined what I was looking for, then consistently showed only those houses that were good candidates. As a result, Lauren helped me find a house in Suisun City that fit my needs perfectly. In addition to her professional approach, Lauren is personable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

I have worked with Lauren Lawson for more than a year and she has been very instrumental in purchasing of my investment properties. Once I decide on a property I can pretty much take a back seat and let Lauren close the deal. I highly recommend Lauren Lawson!

I felt that Lauren is truly dedicated to her craft, a real go-getter. She has great knowlegde of the specific areas where I was looking for properties. If I had any questions, her response was immediate. For my next investment adventure, Lauren will be my realtor.
