I was looking to buy a house for a major customized remodel. I was very specific with regard to what I wanted to see in construction, location and price range. There were several home that Laurie suggested I look at that were a bit outside my criteria but felt it would be worthwhile. That eventually led to my finding the house I bought. The thing that makes Laurie a good realtor is that she understands what her clients want but also understands when she can go outside the box. That is a valuable characteristic in a realtor because it takes the buyer/realtor relationship to a much higher level respect and professionalism.
