Lauryn and Delia, and the staff at the Circadian Group, were especially helpful during my recent home buying adventure. I agreed to sign a Buyer's Agent Agreement after meeting with them in order to reach important mutual understandings about my search criteria. I was not under a deadline to find an entry-level investment property, but had specific locations in mind and a price ceiling. However, as is often the case, certain preconceptions were defeated by market realities. My top two criteria turned out to be mutually exclusive. I ended up choosing a more expensive property in a better neighborhood but am ultimately much happier than I would have been otherwise. Lauryn and her team worked diligently to pre are my home, host open houses, analyze the market over the period of time that the hues was on the market, review the work performed to get the house ready for showing, and communicated all necessary information to me every step of the way. My house was put under contract while I was driving from South Riding to Las Vegas to take delivery of my new home. Lauryn managed all negotiation for me and I am happy with the outcome. Additionally, her team expedited my closing and minor fixes to my home 2500 miles away. I even signed all closing documents long distance. I highly recommend Lauryn, particularly for her tenacity and straight forward honesty. She worked hard for me and I think she was a bargain. What started a few years ago as a casual request for her professional expertise to evaluate a return on investment for some home improvements we were contemplating turned into the sale and purchase of a home. Aliza provided support on purchasing our new home and Lauryn personally handled the sale of our current home.
