Team reviews

We started working with another agency, who will remain nameless, at the beginning of 2015 and long story short, it was not great. We felt like we were just another cog in the wheel. We offered on 6 or more houses and didn't get one of them. Which isn't the realtor's fault, BUT we were offered no advice on how to go about things differently...no creativity. Fast forward to now...We're in our first home! We started working with Leah in June of this year, and our first meeting was awesome. She said "if you decide to work with me, you get a bumper sticker." It was nice talking to someone who actually seemed to enjoy their job and really wanted to help you get into the right home. She was SO great throughout the entire process. We looked at several different houses; everything from west nashville to mt juliet. She encouraged us to broaden our horizons a little without being pushy, AT ALL. We told her some things that were priorities for us and she really stuck to those. Through the process of looking at houses and then offering on one (we got the first one we offered on with her!), we had so many questions, I'm surprised she stayed as calm and helpful as she did haha. She made it clear that she was there to answer as many questions as we could ask, and she answered them all without EVER making us feel stupid for asking them. Now, we're in a better house than we ever could have imagined. We never actually got that bumper sticker haha, but when we did our closing morning walk through with her, she showed up with a house number plaque she made out of an old piece of barn wood, and a bottle of wine. Nashville is growing so quickly and there are so many areas that are becoming "hot spots" that I never would have thought would become "hot spots" (I grew up here). For this reason, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEAH CAMERON. She has incredible knowledge of the market and is one of the most kind and hilarious people you will ever have the pleasure of working with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Woodland Point, Nashville, TN.

Leah was fantastic to work with. We were buyers from out of state so I flew in a couple of times to look at properties. Before flying in we worked with Leah over the phone to identify potential neighborhoods and things we were looking for in a house. Since we were out of state buyers she also worked with the home inspection company, termite inspection company, etc. Her recommendations for companies to work with were spot on. Most importantly she was very patience with us as we were very picky buyers.

Helped me rent a Townhouse home in Greenwood, Nashville, TN.

My wife and I can't recommend Leah enough. Her knowledge of the market and buying process was top notch. A small hiccup in our financing was handled immediately be her and she generally took the stress out of the process. Very friendly and professional!

Leah is so wonderful! She helped us find and purchase our first investment property. She made everything very painless, simple, and quick! Leah is very connected and was able to make things happen for us when we encountered a bump in the road while under contract. I highly recommend! Leah really knows her stuff and will help you find exactly what you want.

Leah made the difficult process of buying a house in East Nashville as easy as possible! She was really patient and took the time to answer all of my questions (sometimes multiple times!). She advocated for me not only through the closing, but also after. I would HIGHLY recommend Leah to anyone, especially if you are looking to buy in East Nashville!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Inglewood (Riverwood), Nashville, TN.

We went with Sneaky Ninja Leah as our agent because we wanted a personalized, local experience. We contacted Leah while we were living out of the country and explained our unique circumstance. She knew the areas we wanted to search and was able to gauge what our wants and needs were quickly thereby adjusting our property search to reflect those needs. We found a property quickly and she was extremely helpful In making the whole process as simple and painless as possible. As a bonus we ended up adopting a rescue dog she was fostering, completing an amazing home buying experience.

I don't like writing reviews, but Leah Cameron is so good at what she does that I want people who are looking for the best realtor in Nashville to be able to find her. Leah far surpassed our expectations. She responded to our emails and calls within hours every single time. I sent her an email at 10.30 pm on a weekday evening, hoping for a response in the morning, and she responded within minutes. Leah is responsive on a level that can't be improved upon. She also has an incredible network of resources for everything that came up in our home search, inspection, purchase process. From builders to inspectors to handymen to window specialists to roofers, she has several reliable contacts. We will definitely use Leah again in the future whenever we need a realtor. And we will continue to recommend her to everyone who asks. You will not find a realtor in Nashville who is better than Leah Cameron.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $550K in Lockeland Springs, Nashville, TN.

Leah was an incredible guide for this pair of first-time buyers. We happened upon her on Zillow and reached out before our very first exploratory mission. After a full day touring Nashville's varied neighborhoods with her, we knew we needn't look any further for a realtor. Leah is a great person to spend a day (or many!) with. But more importantly, she knows her stuff: She really loves and understands houses -- foundations, flooring types, and much more. And she has a stellar command of the business of buying a home. She helped us make our offer as compelling as possible, and we have our dream house to show for it. Did I mention that we were buying our first home from a different city? Despite the added challenges, Leah was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. She attended every inspection, met contractors, and even checked on our newly purchased house prior to our move -- and we felt 100% comfortable (and grateful!) that she was our proxy at every step. If you're starting this process yourself, I hope that you find YOUR dream house (and highly recommend Leah to help you do just that)!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Riverwalk, Nashville, TN.

Leah is the best! She has sold two of our houses, in under a month! She will sell the third if we ever decide to leave. She also helped us buy the house we just sold. She is the best real estate professional I've ever worked with. Leah is very personable, and you will make friends with her right away. She's easy to work with, and will go the extra mile. Both house sales were handled with ease, even under difficult circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know.
