I market and sell residential real estate, acreage, and equestrian properties/farms in King, Pierce, Thurston and Lewis Counties, Washington State. (Other counties upon request)  To date, I have represented buyers and sellers in 9 counties in Washington.

My background before becoming a real estate professional is in real estate law as a paralegal. I am consistently in the top 3-5% for sales in my office, and am a receiver of client care awards. A large percentage of my business is referrals from past satisfied clients.

My approach with my clients is excellent customer service, a down-to-earth personality, and professional advice. I am a full-service agent, and I am available 7 days a week.

Education and experience include: I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert; with special expertise in short sales and foreclosure avoidance. Relatively few realtors in Washington have acquired the specialized training for this designation and gained the knowledge and expertise it requires. I have successfully closed many short sales, and I have the patience and commitment these listings and their owners require. I also work with a team of attorneys; should a seller wish to have more in-depth legal advice about their current situation.

I am also an Accredited Staging Professional, with the goal of having my staging help "make a house a home", and of course, speed up your sale! I provide staging consultations and assistance, and for my sellers, there is no additional charge for these services.

Because of working alongside both new construction and remodel contractors, I have experience in all aspects of construction; from finding the right piece of property for your needs to final completion of construction or remodeling.

I also have had in-depth training and personal experience working with investment properties; determining both repairs and the maximum allowable offer for rehabbing, wholesaling, or helping buyers build their rental portfolios.

      Bought a home in 2012.
      Absolutely great to work with, Leah is extremely accomodating and very timely. I work very long hours, but Leah was always willing to work around my schedule, showing me homes on Saturday and even Sundays. During the offer process, I had to go overseas for almost three weeks, yet Leah continued to work diligently via email/scanning documents, etc. My having to travel didn't slow down the purchase process at all simply because of her great work ethic. Throughout the entire process, whenever I had a question, Leah would have an answer back within a matter of hours.       Bought a home in 2011.
      Leah helped us purchase a home a great home in the most perfect location. I know that we would not have found the home that we did or that we would have even looked in the neighborhood that we did. One of the things that I love most about Leah is that she really takes the time to listen to you. We told her all of our needs, wants, desires, and dreams. Believe it or not she managed to get us everything that we were hoping for, even the things we'd like but didn't think we could afford just yet! She also did this on a strict budget! We were hoping to not spend over 170k and she came in under budget! After the inspection on our home we found there were several big things that needed to be addressed before we could move in. Leah negotiated in a very respectful manor for us to get a new 30 year roof on the home and garage as well as the foundation to be lifted and the beams to be replaced. Leah is amazing and she will get you in touch with the best people in the business, from mortgage broker to inspector to title company. She has such a great reputation and I know you will be so thankful that you went with Leah.
