    Terry helped us short sell our home when I didn't think it would be possible because of our lender. But she not only help us sell it but helped with any tax questions and the laws regarding short sales. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond her making that sale.     Originally from Kentucky, I relocated to Lee County in 1988. Due to my love of the weather, water and the lifestyle, I chose to live in Cape Coral.
