Sold a home in 2009.
Terry helped us short sell our home when I didn't think it would be possible because of our lender. But she not only help us sell it but helped with any tax questions and the laws regarding short sales. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond her making that sale. If I have a question even today, I can call and she is happy to help.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Lehigh Acres, FL.
Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in the sale of my property. In my instance it was an estate sale, a short sale, and I was out of state. In spite of these extra conditions, and a few possibilities falling through, Terry kept working to make it happen. She was always prompt and informative with her communication, whether it be by phone or email, and always seemed to go the extra step to both get the job done and to keep me informed. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent.

We really enjoyed working with Terry.
We found a listing on Mother's Day Sunday that we knew would be grabbed up immediately. We called Terry the next day and told her we wanted to see it right away. She was able to get us in. After a 4 hour drive that afternoon and a two hour inspection we were completing the paper work that evening. The website she hooked us up with was wonderful and easy to navigate. We tried to work with two other realtors that really weren't that interested in helping us with our cash sale. Lucky for us - we found Terry!
I think you would be very satisfied with her rapid response to your Emails, phone calls, and any other followup needed to get the job done!

Terry accomplished everything she said she would, in regards to the sale of our house almost to the day. She is highly responsive and an excellent negotiator,
by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.
Her expertise especially in the Ft Myers/Cape Coral area is impeccable.
Besides all of that, Terry really cares for her clients and wants to do the best job
for each and every one of them.

Terry was great to work with. She would always have the answer for our questions or if she wasn't sure she would find out and let us know very quickly. Being out of state and not knowing all the ins and outs of purchasing in the state of Florida she was very helpful with setting us up with, insurance agents, contractors, inspectors, etc.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Cape Coral, FL.
I needed a realtor with short-sale expertise to list my home with. Terry came highly recommended from a co-worker who had just bought a home with her being his agent. I will forever be thankful that I took his advice. I had no idea of how involved and difficult the process would be. I know if I were the realtor, I would given up out of sheer frustration having to submit, call, re-submit, start over, etc, the byzantine process that my forever un-named mortgage holder put us through. It didn't seem to faze Terry. She took it all in stride, kept on top of all the paperwork, and kept me totally informed as to what was the current progress. I never even felt the need to call her for an update because I learned early on that if was anything new Terry would contact me promptly. When there was a problem she had no qualms about going the the distance to protect my interests. I if ever buy or sell another home I already know who I will be using for my agent.
