My real estate career started when I was conducting real estate settlements for a local title company. I loved the experience of working with the agents and the clients to get the transaction to the completion so much that I decided to get my real estate sales license.
I began my sales career in Southern York County with O'Conner Piper and Flynn Realtors, and was awarded Rookie of the Year my first year in the business. After spending 5 years in that market, I moved to Morgan Collins Realtors and joined an all women's sales team called "York's Leading Ladies" where I spent my next 11 years. I started as a buyer's agent and worked my way up to become one of the lead agents, and fulfilled additional responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching and budgeting planning.
In 2010 I made the hardest decision of my career and left York's Leading Ladies @ Morgan Collins. I needed to go out on my own and find my own personal value. After doing some research and soul searching, I found myself with Keller Williams Keystone Realty, the 2nd largest real estate company nationally. I choose Keller Williams because of their flexible business model that allows me to create a marketing plan that suits my client. This company also helps me to think outside the box to grow my business, which not only benefits me but also my client base.
With twenty years in the real estate business, I have the experienced the changes in the market, the highs and the lows. This knowledge allows me to effectively help you navigate the waters of today's real estate market. I continue to believe that no matter what career you choose, you must be learning based so that you can change as the market changes. My experience, commitment and energy will have you saying to your friends "You need to call Lee Trite my favorite agent."
