Sold a home in 2013.
Lee helped with every detail of my house sale. She clarified issues for me so I could understand some of the issues and helped provide informaiton on local experts for needed repairs. She was always responsive and most professional. I recommend Lee very highly.

My husband and I would highly recommend Lee Kennedy to anyone looking to buy a home. We feel extremely fortunate to have found her. Moving from out of town we expected the process to be very stressful and long, on the contrary, Lee made the entire process easy, quick and stress free! Lee is a good listener and all of our needs were heard and met. Lee is very knowledgeable, motivated, professional, confident and most importantly to us, trustworthy. Lee's dedication goes above the "norm'. Her negotiating skills are awesome. We were so impressed with Lee's response time, E.mails, v.mails and text's were answered within 30 minutes or less, every single time. When Lee went away for a weekend she still called us inquiring about our needs. Lee is on top of her game and truly enjoys her job and it shows. In less than one month from meeting Lee, we went into contract on a house that is perfect for us. Anyone would be lucky to have Lee on their side. Thank you so much Lee. We LOVE our new home!!

Bought a home in 2012.
My experience with Lee was great. She was very quick to respond and was able to be at the house for contractors and other things when I was not able to be there. She had extensive knowledge of the area and the whole process. We were able to get the sellers to cover some repairs that the loan needed even though they were selling "as is". I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a house in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Schwenksville, PA.
Well we simply can't thank Lee enough for getting us our dream home. Being first time home buyers we had more than a few questions for Lee and Lee always had the answers or resources where to find the answers. Buying a home is a stressful situation and it was a pleasure working with Lee because we knew she had our best intrest at heart. She had all the details covered in her contracts that protect us especially in this volatile housing market. She made the process so comfortable and explained everything in great detail. She utilizes docusign which allows you to electronically sign documents...which made life a lot easier for us. Above all she is a professional. All relators need to take a lesson from Lee in terms of communication and organization. Thank you again Lee!!

Lee was very responsive, professional and friendly from day 1. First step was selling our house, for which she was very helpful with the listing and keeping us up to date on the comparable properties around our area so that we made sure we were priced correctly. She was also understanding to the fact that we had two young kids, and communicated this to other agents so that we were not forced out of our house for more time than necessary for showings. Additionally, she proved to be a great guide and helped us through the negotiations with the ultimate buyer. We feel confident that she had our best interests in mind. Second step was buying our current house, and she demonstrated her patience with us in this long process (especially with two kids in tow on some house-hunting trips). During this extensive search, she helped considerably, providing us with valuable research on each property which we were remotely interested in. In fact, she was so on top of communicating with us, it was hard for us to keep up with her emails! She once again proved to be a great mentor and guided us through these negotiations. The actual settlement process (two closings in one day) went as smoothly as possible, and I attribute this to Lee and her contacts as well. In summary, we were very satisfied with Lee, and we would recommend her to anyone. She did an outstanding job.

This was our 9th home sale and by far the very best experience that we have ever had. Lee was exceptional (and I don't use that word lightly) in her professionalism, advice and responsiveness to our needs. She was available 24/7 and if I did get her voice mail, she would call back quickly. She was always one step ahead with the whole process and kept us informed. We had 5 offers and was under contract within 9 weeks. We feel we had a desirable home and Lee's recommendations/advice regarding pricing and marketing was huge in a quick sale. Lee is a very pleasant upbeat professional who I would highly recommend. She was a pleasure to work with!

Bought a home in 2012.
This was our first home purchase and Lee was extremely instrumental in assisting us from the beginning to the end of the process. Lee is extremely responsive and was very flexible with our schedule and was willing to view houses after work, and on the weekends. Lee was very professional and always took note of what items we wanted in our house. Once we began the bidding process, Lee displayed very solid negotiation skills and patience, during what turned out to be a very long negotiation process. She continued to always look out for our best interests and was able to identify and remove certain terms, from the agreement of sale, that were not in our best interests. During the final week before closing, Lee went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that everything was in order and any issues were resolved prior to closing. We would definitely recommend Lee and thank her for all her hard work!
