My husband and I found Lee after several frustraing months working with other agents. After reading Lee's reviews, we thought he'd be the person to get us in our first home. What struck us most about Lee initially was his extreme honesty. After we described our desires and non-negotiables, Lee was able to come up with a list of homes that he thought fit our description and advised us against some of the neighborhoods we had previously (and naively) considered. In the end, Lee found us a wonderful house in a family-friendly, safe neighborhood. From the time we first entered the house, Lee was on the phone with the listing agent and was able to find out important information before advising us on our offer. Our first offer was accepted, thanks to his advice, and we were closed and moving in the new place within 30 days. Lee was always responsive, he was very organized, and he advocated for our best interests throughout the process. We always felt like he gave us honest, immediate feedback and advice throughout the process. After having worked with other agents unsuccessfully, we were shocked with the speed, efficiency and apparent effortlessness with which Lee handled all aspects of the transaction. He is extremely professional, while also taking into consideration that this is a huge and very personal deal for the prospective buyer - he is assertive on your behalf while also making you feel understood and cared for.
