My career in real estate has spanned from commercial real estate appraiser in New York City to broker and educator in San Francisco. Along the way, learned design-build and gut remodeled several properties including a few historic.

I learned the joys and frustration to condo-convert a building and advised people as to how to make the most of their remodel both in terms of budget and experience.

In all aspects of my work, I learned the vital importance of knowing zoning. When I saw the opportunity to apply my years of knowledge on line I jumped -both feet - at the chance.

I started Zonability to initially help the pros but quickly figured out it was the homeowners lining up at city planning offices asking for help. I, along with a dedicated team, are happy to have designed the first site to simplify a complicated subject.

Our Zonability report is an absolute must-have for any homeowner or homebuyer in Austin, TX. We have plans to expand to other areas, spreading the joy of really knowing your property!

Leigh provided me a Zonability report for my house I bought with my husband a year ago. We had not thought to check the zoning as part of our due diligence.
