    Kate was professional and timely. She arranged viewings of properties within our budget. She also had many great renovation suggestions while we were looking at homes.

    Bought a home in 2012.
    We moved to NJ from out of town, and Kate was an invaluable resource with all the challenges of house hunting from a distance. She was very patient with the number and frequency of our questions and concerns. She responded to us quickly with the information we needed and went the extra mile to investigate properties for us since we were out of town.     Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Montclair, NJ.
