Michael was awesome, we are self employeed and therefore not the "norm" when it comes to mortgages. Michael worked very hard to get us approved - through no fault of his we did not close the loan; we chose to wait - AND WE WILL CONTACT HIM WHEN WE ARE READY TO DO A MORTGAGE.

My refinance was complicated and I had to jump through several hoops to get there, and no one could have been better at getting me through them than Mike Bardy. He worked tirelessly on it, kept me constantly informed, gave me thorough explanations about each stage of the process, and got great results. On top of all that, he was just a first rate guy to deal with, always polite and respectful with me and my family, never pushy or hard-sell. He has my unqualified recommendation.

I found Mike through Zillow while looking for financing to purchase my first home. Mike was extremely professional and hard working throughout the process. Mike provided me a variety of different financing options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each option. He was also quick to provide me copies of all the HUD forms laying out the different fees every time I asked to tweak the options. After I decided to go with him (as he was also able to provide me the most attractive loan), Mike was on top of the approval and closing process the entire time. At first I was scheduled to be out of town during closing, and Mike worked with me, my real estate agent, and the seller's agent to make sure we got everything taken care of on time to close. I could not have been happier with my experience with Mike. I would trust him to help any of my friends or family with their financing, and his hard work and professionalism exceeded my greatest expectations. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, and working with Mike made things much, much easier.

Michael has been an unbelievable asset to have for my first home purchase. The first time I called, I could tell I had found the right man for the job. Where every other broker/bank was taking days to get me a pre-approval, it took Michael an hour. Every email/phone call I had was responded to same day with professional and comforting information. When it came closer to lock the rates, he was sending me emails from various sources about interest rate movements and advice when to lock the loan. His advice was solid in that I locked at the very bottom of the market. Since I avoided a Realtor for my this purchase, I found an unbelievable real-estate attorney ($800 flat fee) to work with Michael in tying up the loose strings. It honestly was an almost automated process. Ask Michael about the Massachusetts dream team if you want to use the same lawyer that I did. This guy is worth a call to get more information. You'll understand why I have such high respect for him after working with him over the last couple weeks.

My wife and I chose Mike to handle our refinance based on the Zillow reviews. He did not disappoint. Mike is the consummate professional. Our questions were answered. Our calls were returned and returned quickly. Mike walked us through numerous options until we found one that exceeded our expectations. Mike runs a small shop but delivers big results. In a way, he reminds me of the best linebacker I ever had the privilege of playing college football with. Somewhat undersized for the position, my teammate played every snap with unparalleled tenacity and uncanny instinct. He racked up tackle after tackle and subsequently award after award. Mike and his shop are like that. At the end of the day, you are very glad to have them on your team. We highly recommend Mike. If we ever choose to refinance our mortgage again, we will go with him.
