Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Mountain View, San Diego, CA.

Summary:

Leo is simply the best. We searched to buy a house for the last two years in a very competitive price range of about $200k. We went through 4 agents until we met Leo. All previous agents fizzled out after a couple weeks of not being able to get our offers accepted. Leo got two offers accepted for us. First offer fell through due to condition of house. Then quickly Leo got a second offer accepted on a house we closed. Even the escrow process with my lender was horrible but Leo always stayed calm and guided me through the process. We finally closed and he still stayed in contact to make sure I was happy. Leo is simply the best. From high prced homes to low priced homes Leo can get offers accepted.

Leo always took the time to answer all my questions and show us as many properties we needed. He always stayed in contact with the selling agents. Leo was very professional. I would use Leo again and highly recommend him.…More Less

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Imperial Beach, CA.

Summary:
