I really appreciate you coming far enough into my site to see "who the heck is Les Fohl and why would you even care….what can I do for you that any other agent can''t?" Pretty good question to ask when dealing with something as important as real estate.

I opened my own Brokerage at age 25 and have gone on to learn this business inside and out. I''ve bought, fixed, and sold hundreds of units personally; represented countless buyers, sellers, and investors; and been fortunate to receive nearly every award for production, and earn every designation for professional education possible along the way. In 2001, Re/Max presented me the top award for all 7,000+ of their agents in all of California and Hawaii, and further recognized me as #17 in the U.S. and #19 in the world. As a result of all of this, I''ve been fortunate to have the exciting opportunity to speak to thousands of agents in several states over the years, and enjoy sharing what it really takes to build relationships that create ‘Client''s For Life"!

As a matter of fact, on February 13, 2011 the Bay Area News Group (publishers of the Oakland Tribune, Contra Costa Times, Daily Review, etc.) published an article that said "Les Fohl was recently recognized for his outstanding production in 2010, placing him as the no. 1 Realtor above all other agents in the Bay East Association of Realtors Central County market (Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo). This accomplishment was recently independently verified by California''s No. 1 Company for managing MLS/Agent data."  While I obviously love this kind of recognition, the truth is I have never strived to be No.1. I''ve just kept educating myself, growing as a person, and working hard to deliver expert service with a caring touch to my friends and clients.
My experience and track record over the past 37 years has provided me with a distinct advantage over most REALTORS in the area when it comes to serving and advising my clients in their real estate endeavors. Heck I own more units here than most agents than most agents will sell here in their entire career. My primary goal for my clients is to provide a "WOW" experience.  As my client I want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing that I know how to help you achieve your real estate goals. When you listen to me, and follow my advice, I know I can make your transaction as stress free as possible. Because my foundation is built on client satisfaction, I will do whatever it takes to make it happen! I listen, understand and find solutions.
If you are "under water" on your loan(s), feeling stuck, losing sleep, and have the weight of the world on your shoulders, I can bring relief almost magically. I understand Short Sales forward and backward, and have the resources to provide you with QUALIFIED legal and/or tax advice. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $475K in Mt Eden, Hayward, CA.

The Les Fohl team was extremely helpful in dealing with a more complicated sale due to remote participants and extra requirements in preparing the home for sale. The team was pro-active, always responsive, and helped us work through a number of offers. Would highly recommend them...

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Dublin, CA.

Les and his team helped us sell our home in Hayward at a price that exceeded our expectations and buy our condo in Dublin. We interviewed 4-5 agents but Les was the most knowledgeable in the Hayward market and priced our house much higher than the other agents who weren't experts in the Hayward market. Les is straight shooter and his team was fantastic to work with. It was our first time selling a house so it was stressful and daunting but him and his team held our hands through the entire process. Les and Brenda took time and would go through all the contracts and paperworks LINE BY LINE to make sure that we understood everything. Cristina and Vicky did a great job of getting us through the offer and escrow process. The important thing is that we trusted them and we definitely will refer them to our family and friends.  More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Dublin, CA.

Les and his team are experts in the Hayward market and helped us sell our house at a price higher that what we expected. We interviewed 4-5 agents and Les was the most knowledgeable and priced our house appropriately based on comps and his expertise (the other agents priced our house considerably lower). This was our first time selling a house which is daunting and he and his team held our hands throughout the entire process. Les and Brenda always made time for my Mom and I. They would go through all the paperwork and contracts LINE BY LINE with us to make sure we understood everything and what we were signing. He has a great team to work (especially Vicky and Cristina) and the most important thing was that we trusted them. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Les and Brenda.  More Less
