I really appreciate you coming far enough into my site to see "who the heck is Les Fohl and why would you even care….what can I do for you that any other agent can't?" Pretty good question to ask when dealing with something as important as real estate.

I opened my own Brokerage at age 25 and have gone on to learn this business inside and out. I've bought, fixed, and sold hundreds of units personally; represented countless buyers, sellers, and investors; and been fortunate to receive nearly every award for production, and earn every designation for professional education possible along the way. In 2001, Re/Max presented me the top award for all 7,000+ of their agents in all of California and Hawaii, and further recognized me as #17 in the U.S. and #19 in the world. As a result of all of this, I've been fortunate to have the exciting opportunity to speak to thousands of agents in several states over the years, and enjoy sharing what it really takes to build relationships that create ‘Client's For Life"!

As a matter of fact, on February 13, 2011 the Bay Area News Group (publishers of the Oakland Tribune, Contra Costa Times, Daily Review, etc.) published an article that said "Les Fohl was recently recognized for his outstanding production in 2010, placing him as the no. 1 Realtor above all other agents in the Bay East Association of Realtors Central County market (Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo). This accomplishment was recently independently verified by California's No. 1 Company for managing MLS/Agent data."  While I obviously love this kind of recognition, the truth is I have never strived to be No.1. I've just kept educating myself, growing as a person, and working hard to deliver expert service with a caring touch to my friends and clients.
My experience and track record over the past 37 years has provided me with a distinct advantage over most REALTORS in the area when it comes to serving and advising my clients in their real estate endeavors. Heck I own more units here than most agents than most agents will sell here in their entire career. My primary goal for my clients is to provide a "WOW" experience.  As my client I want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing that I know how to help you achieve your real estate goals. When you listen to me, and follow my advice, I know I can make your transaction as stress free as possible. Because my foundation is built on client satisfaction, I will do whatever it takes to make it happen! I listen, understand and find solutions.
If you are "under water" on your loan(s), feeling stuck, losing sleep, and have the weight of the world on your shoulders, I can bring relief almost magically. I understand Short Sales forward and backward, and have the resources to provide you with QUALIFIED legal and/or tax advice. I can guide you through the process, avoid foreclosure, and minimize or eliminate legal or tax liabilities. Keep in mind that the laws regarding short sales are currently set to expire SOON. How about Dec. 31, 2013!!
If you simply want or need to sell, you're not under pressure, and your goals are simply top dollar, in a reasonably short time frame, without a bunch of problems, I've built my reputation delivering these things over and over.

    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Riverbank, CA.
    I would highly recommend Les to anyone. He has been helping my family for years. Very knowledgeable in the BayArea and outside of it too. I'm in the Central Valley and Les, Brenda and there team were able to sell my house in two months with no stress on myself, husband and kids. It was great. Even though we have not bought another one..Yet. They will be the ones to go to. In the mean time they sold my brothers house in Hayward and were able to find another one in four months. They take care of everything and if you are not able to meet in person you know you are one of those tech savvy people you can do everything through emails, text, phone and they get the job done. Please see them first they will treat you like family and isn't that why we buy a house because you have a family or want to start a family? SO you should start with a family company.Trust me on this and your experience with them will be one to tell all.  MoreLess

    Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Mission-Foothill, Hayward, CA.
    This is a good firm and Les know the business and the market. I chose to work with Fohl and McClellan after talking to several realtors because I like Les's plan as to how best to market and sell my property. Over the years I have bought and sold over twenty pieces of property. I have dealt with numerous agent and brokers on those transactions. I would rate Les and his team right up there at the top.     Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Toler Heights, Oakland, CA.
    If you’re an old folk like me you might remember the TV show, That’s Incredible! If not, just know it was about things that were, well… incredible. To describe my experience with Les Fohl and his team, I would simply state, They’re Incredible. Having been a Real Estate Broker myself (over 20 years ago) I have high expectations from Realtors.

    Les Fohl and his team greatly exceeded my expectations, netting me almost $40,000 more then I had anticipated, yep I wrote that correctly, $40,000! I had looked at the comps and had a price set in my mind, Les evaluated my property and estimated it much higher than I thought it was capable of appraising for. I had my doubts, but let his team take control of my investment and boy was I surprised.

    A seamless transfer from marketing, to offer presentation, to escrow, to close of escrow and then funds into my account.
