We had been unsuccessful trying to sell our parents’ estate with another agency when we asked Les to take on our listing. From the beginning, we knew we had made the right decision as Les immediately began working with us to prepare and market the home for sale. He helped us in many aspects, from providing local contractors to help us get the home ready, to aggressively marketing the property, and many other behind the scenes items he took care of for us. His quick and precise communication with us made us feel at ease, as we knew what was going to transpire every step of the way. Les brought knowledge and drive that allowed us to sell quickly and at an agreeable price in a very difficult economy. His personal desire and attention to meet our needs was evident during the entire process. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Windsor, ME.Summary:
As out of state buyers, we saw Les on Zillow and called based on the recommendations. We found our property quickly, so I can't comment on the experience of a longer term search, but he was a great resource for everything we needed from local businesses. We worked with Les to find contractors, inspector, insurance, and financing, and we've been pleased with his recommendations so far. In addition, we had a few unexpected hiccups with closing (unrelated to his work) and Les did everything he could to make things go as smoothly as possible. He also knows the area well, and was able to provide us with information on the health of the lakes/ponds near the homes we were considering, so we didn't waste time looking at places that didn't fit our criteria. I imagine we'll continue to reach out to him for other recommendations because he's been a great person to work with.

Les helped us buy our first home in 2007 and then sell that home and buy our dream home in 2010. Les took so much time to help us find our "dream home". When working with Les it becomes more of an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one. He is willing to help you with whatever you need and his honesty is a rare but refreshing quailty. Les listed our vacation house for us. The process was made very easy by his attention to detail, quick repsonse time and overall sensible and kind nature. He is very easy to work with. The house sold in a very short time frame and the whole process went smoothly. He also helped us find a new vacation home. He was so patient showing us homes all over and often times with very little notice. We found the perfect place and Les helped us negotiate a fair purchase. Any little concerns that we had were quickly eliminated by his extensive knowledge of real estate and his ability to get answers quickly. We would highly recommend Les for buying or selling a home.

Our home sold in 13 days! Les gave us great feedback on how to make the property ready for listing. We followed his recommendations and reaped the rewards. With a fresh coat of paint and some new flooring, the first showing resulted in an offer.
