Lesley Flournoy has been the most patient and understanding real-estate agent we have ever come across. She has helped us with selling our home, and went above and beyond to help us find a rental that would best suite our needs. She found us a rental the very first day we rquested her help. She did all the calling and researching, and was able to help us immediately! This truly relieved a lot of pressure, since we needed to be out of our home ASAP. She even explained steps to help with our financial situations, who we may be able to talk with, and what we could expect based on our situation at the time. She is very trustworthy, honest, but at the same time so caring, and udnerstanding. She always delivers her suggestions and research with honesty and explanations to help people understand what the "future" outcome may be for a given piece of property. She always responds quickly to our questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond her role as a real-estate agent. I highly recommend her for any and all real-estate dealings. Bought a home in 2009.
We contacted Lesley before we moved to the area and told her we were coming into town, but we were on an extremely tight schedule. When we arrived, Lesley met us, had arrangements for us to see all of the homes we had asked to see plus several others and made sure we became familiar with each of the neighborhoods, as well. By the time we made a decision to make an offer, it was time to leave, but she came through and had everything ready before we left! We negotiated the contract, through Lesley, by telephone and the deal was sealed and ready to close the day we got back to town. We never had to spend a night in a hotel, our household goods were delivered straight to the house--it was perfect!!!
