Leslie took the time to show me homes in my price range on Hilton Head Island. Although I am not ready to buy yet, it was refreshing to have an experienced agent take so much time to make sure that I knew all of the areas that would fit my requests. I would highly recommend working with Leslie for your home search on Hilton Head Island.

I always enjoy giving reviews on products and services as I feel it helps me and others make better choices by finding out from experience how a product or service performs. With that said, I did want to go ahead and review Leslie Ford who is a realtor in Hilton Head Island, SC. I wasn't impressed with Leslie's knowledge or services when selling my home as I felt she was very unprofessional and had a lack of knowledge regarding markets and her fiduciary duties as a realtor. There were some legal responsibilities that Leslie Ford had that I won't get in too much depth with, although I will say that she didn't fulfill her duties as a realtor and I essentially had to tell her how to do her job which I find unprofessional for the client to have to spend time and effort telling a realtor what her legal responsibilities are.

Furthermore, Leslie Ford had really slow response time which I found to be challenging to deal with throughout the transaction of selling my home, as it typically would take a week to hear back from Leslie and that was only after contacting her multiple times. This to me is not am acceptable response time and is extremely unprofessional to me as a client and customer. I can also say that I never heard from Leslie once on updates or anything of that nature regarding the sale of my home, showings, etc. which is the first time that has happened with any realtor I have dealt with. That made me feel like Leslie didn't have much ambition on the home listings she takes, and really will not make any effort to get her listings off the market.

It looks like Leslie was reviewed all five stars on here which I find suspicious enough, since I didn't find one area of the real estate transaction that Leslie was even somewhat acceptable in which makes me conclude those most likely aren't genuine reviews. In the end, I would like to say that I wasn't pleased with the transaction and was happy to part ways. I would not recommend Leslie Ford if you are looking for a realtor that is timely, efficient and knowledgeable in real estate.

She represents her clients with unmatched expertise and outstanding service whether you are spending $70,000 or $700,000. We won't ever work with anyone else!

Leslie is a very professional and pro active Realtor. She has helped us buy and sell multiple properties over the years. Her knowledge of the current market and intuitive business sense makes her an invaluable asset. She takes her trade very seriously and it shows in her ability to advise and direct us in investment opportunities. We wouldn't work with any one else.
