Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Redmond, WA.Summary:
When we decided to put our home on the market, we contacted Leslie and recieved a visit right away. She spent time helping us decide on a marketable price that would also help us obtain the gains we were looking for! She has a great grasp of the current real estate market. With her help, we feel we had the perfect price in place to accomplish all our goals in selling our home!
Leslie had her team of professionals help stage our home and prepare it for viewing. We had a lot of activity and interest immediately. We sold our home within the first week at full asking price.
