Zestimate totally off and options to create my own arent applicable
Hi there, We are listings a home and the home owner is conserned with the low "zestimate". Can we change the actual zestimate? none of the comps provided are actually comparable properties and the option to ad features are not applicable. Please advise. Thanks, Amber
