I'm trying to think of a negative thing to write about Leslie's service, and I honestly can't think of a single thing. No joke. My wife and I just bought our first house with Leslie as our realtor and we couldn't be more pleased with how she treated us and how well she handled our transaction. We took about a month to finally land our dream starter home and I know Leslie would've been more than willing to go with us for several more months if we needed it--she was so patient with us.

We actually started our home buying process with a different realtor but had to let her go because her service and expertise just weren't up to par. Our first realtor had certain times of the day and certain days of the week where she couldn't be reached. Leslie is always by her phone/email and responds very quickly to every question or concern--something we very much appreciated. I am the annoying client that asks a million questions and always wants to be in the loop with every step of the process, and Leslie was ALWAYS very accommodating and patient with my every need. Her communication skills are exceptional--if for some reason she's going to be unreachable for an hour or two here or there during the day, she will let you know so you aren't sitting by your computer or phone waiting for a response.

Leslie showed us dozens of different houses all over the Eastside and didn't need much notice at all when we wanted to go see a new house. She honestly is the best realtor we could have found. She even brought our dogs treats.The primary reason why we were able to get the house that we did is because Leslie was available to meet us at the house with almost zero notice, within hours of it coming on the market. I could go on and on, but trust me when I tell you that you will not be disappointed by choosing Leslie Madsen as your realtor.

leslie and I got involved with an online offer for a condo, the bank was in india and things did not seem promising but the condo was exactly what I wanted,this woman spent countless hours working on this deal for me and pulled it off with out a hitch. A situation like this is in some opinions would be impossible to purchase and she did it. We had alot of fun on top of it, thank you Leslie, you have a fan in me, Mark Soule

Leslie is amazing. She took her time to show us a variety of new and used homes. She always sends us the new listings and keeps in contact with us. We would never use anyone else.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first home with Leslie as my agent! She was by my side every step of the way. From introducing me to the HomePath program to helping me decide on an offer price to handling negotiations with the bank, she did a stellar job. She's incredibly knowledgeable on everything to do with real estate. I recommend Leslie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
