Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rochester Hills, MI.
Leslie went over the top helping us to make a purchase from our home quarters in British Columbia. From the initial showings (and the first one she showed matched our criteria specifically) to the final signings to assistance with our 'long distance 'renos, Leslie was there to help us at a moment's notice. Any questions we had that she did not know the answer to, she found the answer within 24 hours.
Her negotiating skills with a seemingly (to us) reluctant seller kept us in the game and finalized the deal with a price well within our budget.
No surprises with Leslie-everything is staightforward and upfront.

Bought a home in 2012.
Leslie worked with us tirelessly to find the home we wanted. Once we did find our home, the sellers made the purchase as difficult as they possibly could, and Leslie was on top of every problem they offered.
We love our new home and I'm sure we wouldn't be here if it was not for the efforts of Leslie, and the bank that she recommended.
She was an excellent agent for the buyer, and a nice person besides. We enjoyed working with her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Lake Orion, MI.
Leslie is a fantastic realtor, who was always available whenever I needed her, she was organized and knowledgeable and gave great advice in all aspects of the buying process. Her neogtiation skills were excellent and professional. I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone I know.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Clinton Twp, MI.
Very prompt. E-mailed her on a Monday and received both an e-mail AND a phone call! She was able to sell my house in about 24 hours. Extremely quick and very positive throughout the entire experience.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Rochester Hills, MI.
Leslie Mihalak took on the sale of my home during my stressful divorce.
She is a wonderful humanitarian blending the right amount of empathy, sympathy and understanding.
Leslie instantly dedicated herself to the sale of the home in a very difficult market. I had moved out of State but felt as if I were right there every step of the way as Leslie kept me well informed of potential buyers. Her reassurance and guidance during this time were above board and right on the mark.
Leslie throughly understands the marketplace and her clients. Her sales abilities are phenomenal and she got the job done.
I don't recommend but urge all who read this to contact Leslie if you want to sell your home. You probably have noticed that I call it the sale of my home not my house...
Leslie understands deeply that it is way more than just a house!

Helped me rent a Condo home in Rochester, MI.
Leslie is a fantastic agent!! She was very prompt in returning my calls, understood what I was looking for and found my condo within 1 week. She handled everything with the landlord, it was a pleasure and relief to work with her. I would highly recommend Leslie!!!
