Leslie turned the purchase of our home -- which would ordinarily be a high-stress endeavor -- into an absolute joy. Her knowledge of the area was unparalleled -- as was her understanding of the purchasing process. Every referral she gave us (home inspectors, mortgage broker, lawyer, etc.) was equally dedicated and responsive. On those rare occassions where she did not answer the phone on the first ring, she would respond to calls or emails literally within seconds (and with her trademark expertise).
