As a Professional:
My expertise is helping people meet their Real Estate needs. To own a home is the American Dream. I enjoy all aspects of it. Whether it is your first time buying, down sizing, up sizing, selling or investing. It is a big transaction, it is personal, and I love being a part of it.
I am focused on providing you with the best results and service in the industry. I listen carefully to understand your real estate goals and work hard to create solutions that make sense for you. Whether you are new to the market or an experienced investor, I have the expertise, proven track record, and resources to help you achieve your real estate goals.
As is often said, real estate is about location, location, location. I have extensive knowledge of the Denver, CO Metro area and can help you find the right home for you or the right buyer for your home.
I have been a Realtor sense 2009. I am a member of the National Board of Realtors (NBR), National Association of Professional Woman(NAPW), and South Metro Board of Realtors (SMDRA).
As a Person:
I am a Native to Colorado and a mother of 3 girls. I met my husband many moons ago in AZ. Once we were married we moved back to Denver. He grew up in Littleton and that is where we choose to raise our little ones.
I grew up in the "Land of Cool Sunshine", Alamosa Colorado. I had a simple life. Even as a child I valued the comfort of having a home. My parents bought their first home at a Public Trustee Sale. They Paid $4800 in 1968. A small Straw Adobe home with dirt floors and a little short of an acre of blowing sand. My 4 sisters and I participated in the fixing of this sad little shack. Year by year, day after long days of painting, planting, fixing, weeding, mowing, sewing, canning, weeding, sweeping, washing, digging, weeding, it became a large home full of memories. I learned the strength of being a team, determination, negotiation (out of chores), and working hard.
My parents instilled in us to take pride in where you lived. We did not have a mansion or a million dollars. To me I grew up wealthy.
